A 30-minute high-level nutrition review designed to help identify the gaps in your current routine. During this call, we’ll look at your nutrition habits, recovery, fueling, and overall approach to see what may be holding you back from reaching your body composition or fitness goals.
This option is best for someone who already has a workout program they enjoy and generally understands nutrition tracking, but wants a second set of educated eyes on their current strategy.
Nutrition Counseling - $97
A deeper, more individualized nutrition session designed to create a strategic plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
This package includes a 45-minute nutrition deep dive, a full audit of your current eating habits, individualized macro targets, and a personalized action plan. You’ll also receive a 15-minute follow-up call six weeks later to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and make adjustments as needed.
Total Transformation - $249 for 6 weeks
If you want accountability, workouts, tracking, meal plans, and full support, FASTer Way is the next step. This is a complete wellness and fitness system designed to help you build sustainable habits while improving your strength, energy, body composition, and overall health.
Inside the 6-week program, you’ll have access to step tracking, water intake tracking, macro guidance, structured workout programs with video demonstrations, meal plans, accountability, and ongoing coaching support to help you stay consistent and make progress without guesswork.
